The LWY series turbine flow meter is one of the most ideal flow meters for measuring liquid. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high measurement accuracy, long service life, simple operation and easy maintenance. The product is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, urban construction, environmental protection, food and other fields. It can accurately measure the volume flow of liquids such as water, tap water, diesel, gasoline and lower viscosity crude oil.


Product Feature

1. LWY series turbine flowmeter has three series: G (high pressure), Z (medium pressure), D (low pressure), the working pressure can reach max 42MPa.
2. The use of fully hard alloy (tungsten carbide) shielded cantilever beam bearings, which integrates rotary bearings and pressure bearings, greatly improves the bearing life and can work in a medium of a small amount of sand and dirt.
3. The sensor adopts all stainless steel structure, the impeller adopts 2Cr13, (two-way steel needs to be customized), good corrosion resistance.
4. The signal amplifier uses samarium cobalt permanent magnet alloy, which has strong output signal and good magnetic stability, and can work normally in the medium of -20 ºC ~ 120 ºC.
5. Easy to maintain, the flowmeter has a self-rectifying structure, small and light, simple structure, it can be disassembled in a short time, and the internal cleaning is simple.

Description of instrument type

 A Type: Local display

This intelligent display is a new type of flowmeter display instrument designed with advanced single-chip microcomputer technology, and is matched with the turbine flow sensor with pulse signal output. It can display instantaneous flow and accumulated flow.

1. Cumulative flow: ten digits, four significant digits after the decimal point.
2. Instantaneous flow rate: six digits, showing the change per liter.
3. Display accuracy: ± 1 display unit.
4. Signal output:

1. Pulse output: 0-5000HZ (adjustable) external power supply +12 ~ +24VDC.
2. 4-20mA external supply +24VDC power supply (two-wire system).
3. RS-485 communication interface.

1. Built-in 3.6V lithium battery power supply. When the voltage is lower than 3.0V, an undervoltage indication appears.
2. Explosion-proof grade: ExdBT4Gb.
3. Small signal removal function.

B Type: Pulse output

1. Working voltage: +12VDC or +24VDC (customer must select a power supply when ordering).
2. Signal transmission distance: less than 300 meters.
3. Output signal: square wave signal
4. Amplitude: +12VDC power supply amplitude is about 10V; +24V power supply amplitude is about 20V.
5. Installation: The amplifier and turbine flow sensor are connected with M16*1.0 thread. After the turbine flow sensor is installed, screw the amplifier to the turbine flow sensor, and then tighten the lock nut after screwing it to the end.
6. Wiring: There are three external leads for the pulse output amplifier, red wire, white wire and black wire. The red wire is connected to the positive power supply, the white wire is pulse output, and the black wire is grounded.

 




C Type: 4~20mA output

1. External power supply 24VDC(2-wire system)
2. Output signal: 4-20mA or 1-5V, 4mA corresponds to the zero flow of the turbine flow sensor, and 20mA corresponds to the maximum flow of the turbine flow sensor. For the flow range, see the nameplate of the turbine flow sensor.
3. Signal transmission distance: less than 300 meters.
4. Installation: After installing the turbine flow sensor, screw the amplifier to the turbine flow sensor connector (M16*1.0 thread), tighten the lock nut after screwing it to the end.
5. Wiring: The external lead of the 4~20mA output amplifier is red and white. The red line is the + 24VDC power supply, and the white line is the current output line.

D Type: Separated remote display

1. Working voltage: external power supply 220VAC or 24VDC power supply (optional)
2. Signal transmission distance: less than 300 meters.
3. Instantaneous display: four bits , total cumulative display: nine bits
4. Display instrument size:

1. The display instrument has 4-20mA output RS485 communication and can be connected to the computer.
